Treasured Friendships

Our dearest friends are treasures; we may have known them all our lives or have just met them. They bring happiness, laughter and joy to us; their friendship is priceless. It may be that we have things in common, or just that we simply like each other. We may have grown up together, or only have met each other recently. There is something inside of us that reaches out to that one (or more) person who matters to us.

That said, there is no law that says we have to do or think or say the same things. We may have differing opinions on many things, but the friendship is still there. I have learned the hard way that it just doesn’t pay to talk politics or religion; they are touchy subjects. The dearest of our friends may have political or religious feelings that we personally do not have. It is as if we make an unspoken pact to lean away from these subjects so that we can keep our friendship blooming.

When Mom would have coffee with her friends a few times a week, if someone started talking politics, she would say loudly “no politics! No politics, or I’m leaving!” And since everyone loved her, they switched from politics to other things.

Now just because we are friends, it doesn’t mean that we always think alike. We may have things we believe in that the other friend doesn’t, but that doesn’t mean that we can’t be friends and continue to love and respect each other.

Friends truly are treasures. I am always reminded of the “red thread” theory, which states:

“An invisible red thread connects those who are destined to meet, regardless of time, place, and circumstance. The thread may stretch or tangle. But it will never break.” – Ancient Chinese Proverb.

Whether or not we find friends through the red thread or just good luck, friends are a treasure. They make our lives better just by being in this world.

This can be due to various reasons ranging from lack of essential vitamins in the body to fungal infections. In case you experience peeling skin, start off with a healthy, balanced diet, if however, it is also causing itchiness, you should see a dermatologist – early signs of skin cancer are very similar to this.

The sense of smell reduces with age, or damage to the nervous system but in case this happens at a relatively young age, it indicates the existence of strong cold or other viral infection.

No, we’re not talking about an Eskimo Kiss.

Prolonged twitching of the eyelids can be caused due to fatigue. This can be cured by washing the eyes with cotton pads soaked in cold water. If it continues for a longer period, it can be a sign of problems with the nervous system.

Tinnitus is a feeling of ringing or noise in your ears.

This is almost never taken seriously as a health alarm, however, the occurrence of ringing noises may mean ailment of mind or nervous system. The most widespread cause of this is prolonged exposure to loud noises, like the ones of blasting music from headphones. This is an early sign of partial deafness.

Some people’s shoulder joints appear to be loose or can be moved in an unusual number of directions.

This is an indication of an unstable shoulder joint — a condition where the ball of the shoulder bone comes out of the socket of the joint. It may be the case that these individuals were simply born with very flexible ligaments, or it could have been caused by a sports injury.

In both cases, however, this is a dangerous condition that can lead to injuries and arthritis.

Sometimes we meet people and by the end of the conversation we feel extremely negative, sad and depressed. This may not happen because the other person said something to you personally but the fact that they spoke about their own problems, you feel in the same vibe as well.

A research team at Bielefeld University made a pioneering discovery. In this study, they found that plants behold the capacity to draw an alternative source of energy from other plants. This truth can also have a major impact on the future of bio-energy proving that people draw energy from others in the same way.

Professor Dr. Olaf Kruse and his research team confirmed for the first time that a plant doesn’t only engage in photosynthesis but also has an alternative source of energy that it can draw from other plants. The findings were released in an online journal Nature Communications.

Just like plants, people are no different. Plants need water and light to grow and we as people, our bodies are like sponges too.

“This is exactly why there are certain people who feel uncomfortable in specific group settings where there is a mix of energy and emotions,” Dr. Olivia Bader-Lee, psychologist and energy healer.

“The human body is very similar to a plant that sucks, absorbs the energy needed to feed your emotional state, and can energize the cells and increase the amount of cortisol and catabolize, feed the cells depending on the emotional need.” she Bader-Lee.

“When energy studies become more advanced in the coming years, we will eventually see this translated to human beings as well,” stated Bader-Lee. “Human can absorb and heal through other humans, animals, and any part of nature. That’s why being around nature is often uplifting and energizing for so many people,” she concluded.

Professor Kruse explains, “This is the first time that such a behavior has been confirmed in a vegetable organism”.

“That algae can digest cellulose contradicts every previous textbook. To a certain extent, what we are seeing is plants eating plants.” he added.

Know Your Spiritual Self

If you believe that you are centered with your spiritual self, you will be able to pick what energy has entered your space and quickly transition out of it.

Show No Resistance

Every time you would try to push something out, it will feel like coming towards you more. Every action has an equal or opposite reaction.

Cleansing must not be considered as resisting. One must ensure that you are not straining over negative energies and not trying to ignore them. They will remain in your sub-conscience. Be pure and translucent, as to whenever something comes towards you, pass right by.

Be The Owner of Your Space

We all have this space but do you own it? Surrounding your body is the space that creates a vacuum to intake energies from the outside. If you do not control and own this space, you will have negativity exploding this space – resulting in a mental breakdown, despair and depression.

Energy Cleanse Yourself

Gold is known to have an energy clearing formula within its color. High vibrations can take the energy away and cleanse it. At the time when you hold onto a gold knob, feel the vibrations entering your system and clarify your space.

Bring Back Your Energy

If you fill up a cabinet with your own utensils in the kitchen, your roommate will have no space to keep theirs. This is how your space works with energy too. If your energy is cleansed and you are fully aware of it, it will have little space for energy to enter from the outside.

Energy, actions, conversations and presence of others can reflect on your energy and rather than absorbing it, prevent it by cleansing yourself.

It is a well-known cliché that confidence is the key to success. Yet many people struggle to find this confidence from within. They feel that they are being held back by something at the back of their mind. This problem seems to bother women more than men. Part of this problem lies in the acceptance of one’s body as it is.

Most women are conscious not only about how they look facially but also about how their body shapes up every time they get dressed. If this sense of self-sexuality is not satisfied, it leads to a lack of confidence.

This is where Psalm Isadora steps in.

Psalm Isadora is an experienced coach specializing in women sexuality and relationships. Her motivation comes from her background, where she grew up in an extremely religious family and suffered sexual trauma.

Not being able to express her sexuality properly at the appropriate time, she suffered from anxiety and depression for a long time.

Her journey as a coach started when she traveled to India in 2007 and learned the ways of Tantra, Kama Sutra and yoga in which she found sexual healing.
