One Thing

Just one thing per day—

Smile at someone.

Compliment someone.

Open the door for someone.

Be kind to someone.

See the person, not the clothes or tattoos.

Give back.

Do not assume; what we see may not be the real story.

Kindness trumps fear.

Give back.

Call or email a friend.

Don’t judge.

Listen to your gut.

Be aware, but don’t be fearful.

Appearances can be deceiving.

Be hopeful.
